How can I contact support?

From inside your account, simply click the "Support" link on the top left of the screen. There you will be able to submit new support tickets, and view our responses to previously submitted tickets.

What if I can't log into my account?

First, please use our Lost Password Form to retreive your account information. Make sure you copy and paste directly from the email you receive to avoid any typo mistakes.

If you continue to be unable to log into or can't remember the email address you signed up with, please email our support department with as much information as you can, so we can look it up for you.

What other support options are there?

Inside your account you will find extensive self-serve support options. The following support channels will help you get instant answers to the majority of your questions:

• Help Files - Once you log into your account you will find a "help" on the top left of the interface. Clicking this will open our Help Files. These are designed to explain in detail every aspect of the system and answer all your questions.
• Contextual Help - Every section of the system contains specific help information about that section. And every field in every form has information explaining what the field is for displayed in the information section when you select that field. The contextual help ensures that you're never left guess what info the field is asking for.
• Video Tutorials - We've created step-by-step video tutorials that actually show you how to use the system. They detail each feature of the system and use screen capture to show you both how to use the feature and what it does.
